Data Without Borders (DwB) is a group of dedicated and really smart people that seek to match NGOs with pro-bono or freelance data scientists. NGOs usually have really interesting data sets, but don't have the resources to hire someone to clean, parse, analyze, and visualize all their interesting information. The people at DwB periodically hold Datadives throughout the country to help fix this. Check them out here.
