All hands on deck! We're looking for a big crowd.
If you're a data scientist, an instructor, a student, or just handy with computers and visualization come to the DataDive!
Everyone is welcome because we're looking to attract a wide range of skill sets for the event. The beauty of this type of collaboration is that it can be as much of a learning, portfolio-fodder, or work-experience opportunity as you want to make it.
Please register if you're interested in:
- contributing to the DataDive on the front lines
- participating in one of the workshops being held on Saturday (for more info look in our About Us: What's a Datadive? page)
- volunteering to help us with event logistics - who could turn down fun, food, and a free t-shirt!
Again, even if you're just hoping to come and see what we're up to, we'd love to have you! You don't have to attend the entire weekend to go to a workshop, and you don't have to be great with computers, either. We're making this an open and friendly environment where everyone is welcome to learn and share.
Our only hope is that, regardless of how you choose to participate, your enthusiasm for data can be channeled for the good of the non-profits that we are planning to work with.
